Its refreshed spaces and new landscaping will bring lush greenery inspired by the reserve into the heart of the resort.
The reimagining also brings updated dining experiences, a new pool, Butch’s Island Chophouse, and Blum Coffee Bar. The resort has 10 restaurants and 7 bars, giving guests choices for meals, drinks, and a coffee break between activities. Every Pickleball in Paradise trip includes three hours of scheduled pickleball each day on courts reserved exclusively for our group. A closer look at the IQQ two-queen suite at Sandals South Coast
The IQQ is the Silver Sun Beachfront Club Two Queen Junior Suite, a Sandals first. It has two queen beds and is a bright second- or third-floor room in the Silver Sun buildings, with ocean views over the pool from the balcony. The room also includes a sofa, stocked bar, smart TV, long vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. For groups comparing room categories at Sandals South Coast, it is the easiest room for two friends to share comfortably.
For two friends traveling together, this layout settles the usual question. Two queen beds means each of you gets a bed of your own, no sharing and no drawing straws. And as a junior suite, it gives you more floor space to spread out than a standard room, plus a sofa and a stocked bar to enjoy when you’re not out on the balcony. You travel together, share the week and the courts, and still have your own corner of the room at the end of the day.

What’s included, and what’s optional
Sandals South Coast’s all-inclusive experience includes a broad range of resort activities and conveniences. The listed inclusions include pickleball, PADI-certified scuba diving and equipment, snorkeling and equipment, waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, Hobie Cats, paddleboards, kayaks, tennis and land sports, four pools, four whirlpools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and day and night entertainment with live shows.
The resort also includes the No Worries airport arrival lounge, round-trip airport transfers, Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas, and all tips, taxes, and gratuities as described in the resort package. As with all-inclusive travel, most gratuities are included, but some may be excluded, for example, gratuities for shuttle drivers. Red Lane Spa treatments and local island tours are optional extras.
Dining is part of the all-inclusive experience, with meals and drinks available across the resort’s restaurants and bars. That includes Butch’s Steakhouse with its dry-aged cuts, Neptune’s Mediterranean seafood, Giuseppe’s for Italian, The Jerk Shack for smoky Jamaican classics, and Blum for Blue Mountain coffee and pastries, among the ten restaurants in total. And since everything is included, ordering an appetizer or a second coffee costs you nothing but the time.
