John & Leesa are a dynamic duo who are most commonly described by the adjective PASSION! Both are Master Certified IPTPA instructors, the highest certification available. Leesa is Director at Pickleball Charlotte where she oversees instructional programming, leagues & competitive events. John is a lead instructor at Pickleball Charlotte and a frequent medalist in tournament play. John and Leesa are Brand Ambassadors for Paddletek. They often travel locally and abroad to share their passion and expertise in the great sport of pickleball!

Pickleball in Paradise Event Policy

Pickleball in Paradise is a professionally planned and hosted event — not a standard resort stay. These events take over a year to coordinate and involve substantial planning, vendor partnerships, and pre-paid investments to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for all guests. Because of this, the event operates under group and event policies that differ from individual resort bookings.

All travelers participating in Pickleball in Paradise are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. We send each guest an Allianz Travel Insurance quote or reminder three separate times during the booking process, as we believe it provides the most comprehensive and reliable coverage available.

Please note that after the final payment date, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes cancellations or disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, health emergencies, or travel restrictions. Because these events are structured with non-refundable contracts and advance commitments, it is crucial that each traveler protects their investment with a travel insurance policy.
